We have now constructed the 3rd Natura health spiral, again for a whole family. For each member of the family, one or more Natura plants come in. The order is very important and is determined intuitively. There are at least 50 Natura plants and the spiral is at least 4 metres in diameter. The purpose of a Natura health spiral is harmony in the people and between the people who are part of the spiral.
