The day before Christmas, I picked up a plant from Jan. A Christmas present for myself! Initially out of curiosity. I am someone of "first experience", a down-to-earth type. Jan selected the plant for me and gave me "the instructions for use". I put the plant next to my bed. For months I got up every morning with a stiff feeling in my back. A nagging pain, which disappeared in the course of the morning. Now two months on, I no longer feel anything in my back. Another nice thing is that I now get up every morning feeling energetic and can start my day well. I have gained much more energy. ..... I still hate the sound of an alarm clock going off.
