These general terms and conditions apply to the Natura products offered on the website www.mouws.nl

Photos may differ from the products, especially the plants due to the different seasons.

Orders can be placed by phone, email or contact form. Within 2 days, your order will be confirmed and then sent to the address known to us within 7 days.

Revocation of the order of Natura plants and light root is not possible. The rest of Natura products can be revoked within 15 days. The 15 days apply from the moment the product is received by the customer. The cost of returning is for the customer. The shipping costs and cost of the product will be transferred back to you, should they not be in order.

Prices on the website include VAT.

Shipping costs will be added. These are calculated according to the size/heaviness of the parcel. You will see these during the ordering process.

Payment should be made within 14 days via IDeal

If something is not right, please let us know and it can be resolved. If a parcel is damaged or not delivered properly, please notify us immediately.

We strictly adhere to privacy laws. We do not share the data with other parties. We only use the data to contact the customer and send the products. See privacy statement at the bottom of the website.
